  Average processing time: 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation and payment.

• Ready-to-ship Products:
  Dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Note: Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch (within India).

• Express Delivery: Available on select products and locations at extra charges. Kindly contact us before placing an express delivery order.

Delivery times may vary based on:

• Courier service availability.

• Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Within India:
  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

• Free Shipping Offers:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided. In case of missed delivery:

• Courier partner may reattempt.

• You may be contacted for address confirmation.

• If the delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect address or unavailability, the product will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
